Central The 1 Card (Central The One Card) is a privilege card published by PT. Central Retail Indonesia. In which holders are able to earn points every time they present the card during any purchase at Central Retail Department Store Indonesia. To obtain the card, customers need to have minimum transaction of Rp. 500.000, – in one receipt on the transaction date.  


Every purchase gets reward.

How Do I apply for The 1 Card Member?

Make a transaction with minimum purchase of Rp. 500.000, – in one receipt on the transaction date at Central Department Store Indonesia and fill out The 1 Card application form in the Customer Service Counter on 2nd floor.

How long is the application process until I receive my card?

It is a quick process. After you present the transaction receipt and fill out the application form, our staff will process the card right away and grant The 1 Card for you.  

Is The 1 Card the same with Credit Card?

No, it is not.

Can I still earn point for purchase on discounted products?

Yes, you can. Earn The 1 Card point for any purchase.  Whether it is a regular price or discounted products.

How much the minimum transaction for 1 point?

The minimum transaction to earn 1 point is Rp. 10.000,-

How can I redeem the points?

By presenting The 1 Card along with your ID card to the Customer Service Counter at 2nd floor. Points can be redeemed for cash coupons, discounts and rewards.

How can I check my point balance?

Simply visit our Central Department Store Indonesia Customer Service Counter at 2nd floor or contact at +62 (21) 2358- 0489.

What if I forget or lost my card?

If you lose your card, you should immediately request a replacement card to the Customer Service Counter on 021-2358- 0489. We will arrange for a replacement card immediately on that day.


If I forget to bring my card, can I still redeem my point?

You still can redeem your point by presenting your ID card along with complete address and phone numbers.

When is the expiration date of The 1 Card and point?  

The 1 Card has no expiration date. Points will expire every 2 years. The company will void all expired points on Dec. 31 of second year.

How do I update my contact details?

Please visit our Customer Services Counter to change your details or contact Customer Services at 021- 2358- 0489.
